When booking a meal or holiday please let the committee member concerned know if you have any food preference or allergy so that it can be ordered in advance. It is often too late to change menu on the day.
All deposits paid for meals outings or holidays are non refundable, and you must let the committee member who is organising the event know if you are unable to go ASAP please.
